Glenn Aguirre
Senior Pastor
Pastor Glenn has been a pastor since 2004. Before moving to Georgia, he served in the Florida Conference and Illinois Conference. Pastor Glenn loves fishing, especially deep-sea fishing, wade fishing, and surf fishing. He loves to travel and eat different kinds of food..
Pastor Glenn loves being a pastor. Some of his favorite moments include listening to the congregation sing behind him when he’s sitting up front. There have been times he could “hear the angels sing” – times when the church is joyful, sometimes sorrowful, but he can sense the emotion behind the songs when the church sings. He loves working with young couples to prepare them for marriage. It’s such a joy to Pastor Glenn to be able to teach them Biblical principles, but also share in their journey. He loves it when he sees people respond to the gospel.
“My greatest reason for believing in God is seeing lives that have been changed by the gospel!” says Pastor Glenn.
His wife, Celena, is an RN, and they have four children: Micaella, Jacob, Madelyn, and Milana. Glenn loves to meet people, loves to preach the gospel, and loves to see the church on mission!
Andres Palacios
Associate Pastor
Pastor Andres has served as a pastor since 2017. He has a family that brings him so much joy: His wife Katie and three boys, Micah, Isaiah, and Elijah. Second to his family, Andres enjoys reading, playing basketball/table tennis, and preaching God’s word. Andres’ journey toward ministry began in fourth grade when a teacher told him he would be a pastor for God’s flock. In high school, his mentor and pastor from Miami, Pastor Glenn, also confirmed that call. After earning a BA in Theology, a Master’s in Divinity, and serving as a pastor in the Orlando area for five years, he now enjoys working with his mentor and friend, Pastor Glenn. Andres loves the northwest Georgia area and is grateful to be part of the Calhoun church family.

We are a multi-generational, multi-ethnic church located in the countryside of Calhoun, Georgia, about an hour north of Atlanta. Our church is vibrant with activity and our members are passionate about living their God-called purpose; to love one another.
